Model Terms & Conditions
A deposit of £40 is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment; this will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment. The balance is due on the day of your treatment.
All cancellations must be received via e-mail 7 days before your appointment is due to take place in order to enable us to book a replacement model. If you cancel your appointment after this time or do not attend on the day your deposit is non refundable as all products are ordered in specifically for you on a named patient basis. In such instances deposits can be transferred on to the next available course at the discretion of the company. Deposit transfers will only occur once, after this time the deposit will be retained by the company.
Deposits are non refundable unless advanced notice is given as set out above.
A 2% charge applies to all credit card transactions.
A full medical history is required to enable your product to be ordered for you. We will not be held responsible for any omission or incorrect information given on this form.
Your appointment may be changed at the discretion of the company. You will be given advanced notice of this and a suitable alternative appointment date and time will be offered.
These terms and conditions ensure that you are booked as a model on the day and to ensure the smooth running of the course. If a model does not attend the course it can affect the amount of practical experience our delegates receive.
