Nurse Prescriber

Are you an independent nurse prescriber or training to become a nurse prescriber?

Cosmetica Training can offer you clinical supervised practice to use as part of the required 90 hours you need to complete your course. You will still need to have a designated medical practitioner (DMP) to sign your summative and formative assessment tool but as part of these hours you can spend time with other prescribers.

We can offer you time on a 1 – 1 basis with our tutors who will mentor you through the practical prescribing of prescription only medicine within the aesthetics industry. If you have trained in non surgical procedures you can use these hours to allow for supervised practice to enhance your injection skills also. The benefit of undertaking a 1 – 1 session allows you and your mentor to design bespoke sessions to suit your needs both clinically and theoretically.

These sessions can be taken in blocks of 3 or 4 hours and will be charged according to how many sessions you wish to take. You will need to provide us with proof of any aesthetic training you have already been on to ensure we place you with the appropriate practitioner. If you do not have a DMP please contact us to see if we can put you in contact with a doctor who fits the criteria provided by your university.

It is not essential to pay any independent training company thousands of pounds to undertake the V300 course, you can access any it at any University that offers it and will be charged approximately £1300 for this qualification.
