Delegates are covered by Cosmetica Training Ltd's insurance policy during training sessions. Cosmetica's indemnity insurance is provided by Hamilton Fraser Ltd. After successful completion of our training course, delegates are required to hold their own indemnity insurance against malpractice.
A certificate of completion will be issued upon successful completion of the course. Attendance of any Cosmetica Training course does not guarantee successful completion. Cosmetica will only release suitably qualified practitioners into the industry who have demonstrated their ability to safely carry out aesthetic treatments under the supervision of our trainers. In the rare event of a delegate not demonstrating their competence, Cosmetica may, at the discretion of the tutor and directors, provide a further half session of supervised practice. This will allow the delegate a further chance to demonstrate their knowledge and skills in the application of dermal fillers or Botulinum Toxin Type A.
Cosmetica Training Ltd provide on-going support and advice to all delegates who have successfully completed our courses.
All bookings for training courses with Cosmetica are sold subject to acceptance of our terms and conditions, which do not affect your statutory rights.
If you are providing models then the costs of the products used will be the responsibility of the models and will be charged at the current model prices. Discounts may be applicable for multiple treatments. For further details please contact us via email.
Cosmetica Training Ltd reserves the right to cancel or amend any training dates or locations. In this instance delegates will be notified immediately and alternative details will be provided or a full refund will be given. All training courses will be held at Cosmetica House, 81-83 Allerton Road, Liverpool, L18 2DA. In the event that a delegate requires training to be held at an alternative location to suit them, all costs associated with the venue hire and travel costs of the tutors are the responsibility of the delegate.The delegate will also be responsible for the provision of all models.
Payment must be made in full at the time of booking. A 2% charge will apply for all bookings made by credit card.
Cosmetica Training Ltd will not be held liable for any loss of earnings or travel expenses associated with any delegates or models. Notification of any cancellations are to be received via e-mail to enquiries@cosmeticatraining.co.uk at the earliest convenience to enable us to try to fill your place by another delegate.
Refunds will only be made if Cosmetica Training Ltd can fill your reserved place by another delegate. All refunds will be subject to a £50 administration charge.
